2024 will go down in my personal history as one of the most rewarding years in my life. God has blessed me in extraordinary ways. The highlights of my expanding art career were the event in June held at the Huntington Museum and Library where I exhibited at sold two of my favorite pieces of art. In November I was honored to be juried into the Prestigious 96th Grand National in New York City with the American Artists Professional League. That was an experience I shall never forget. One surprise I was not expecting was the opportunity to join the community of artists at The Backstreet Art district in Palm Springs. That has been a desire of mine ever since my first public exhibition in 2017 at that very location. Now, as I sit here writing this in my studio/gallery I am overwhelmed with the blessings bestowed upon me and this gift granted to me for the time I have on this earth to capture the beauty of God’s creation with this dry powdery medium called pastels. Words simply are not enough.
On a personal note, a wonderful guy named Dave is now a part of my life and having him to share these blessing with is amazing. His creative spirit as a writer helps us to inspire each other. We are very excited to be moving forward together as we flow into those precious years of advanced youth. as I prefer to call it.
