Autumn 2019

Autumn is definitely in the air here in the desert. The mornings are lovely and mid-day temps are not what they were a few weeks ago. After several weeks of limited hiking I am back out on the trails again (and off trail). Having the Summer months to produce art has paid off as I now have a larger inventory of paintings than I have ever had.

I had a great time at The Joshua Tree National Park Art Expo and sold several prints and I sold my piece entitled “Sunset Vortex” to a lovely couple just down the street from me. It was a great time of camping in the park and the two days at the Expo. My next show is in Redondo Beach. Please go to my Events page for details. I am excited to have 3 pieces accepted into that event during the month of October. Then in November I will have one of my new paintings “Barrel Cactus Still Life” in The Artists Council Exhibition in Palm Desert. the details for that event can also be found on my events page.

I reflect on how my art career has progressed in just 3 years and it amazes me. I could not have ever dreamed I would be showing my art in such prestigious art shows and actually selling art that I created. I am so humbled that God chose to bless me with this talent and I trust He is pleased that I have finally embraced what He so generously gifted me. May my art always please Him first and my friends and family who have supported me.

Have a great Autumn and Go Buckeyes!
