The Golden State Exhibition
I am extremely excited to have been juried into The Golden State Exhibition with the California Art Club. This wonderful event will be held the CAC Gallery at The Old Mill. I am fortunate to have two pieces juried for the exhibition. Mark your calendars for the reception on September 18th at the Old Mill in San Marino CA.
Artists Council "Light" Exhibition
My special Pastel “Mesmerized” has been juried into the quality exhibition at the Artists Center in Palm Desert, CA, sponsored by the Artists Council. I am excited to be participating. The reception is Thursday October 9th from 5-7pm. I look forward to seeing you there.
Joshua Tree National Park Art Expo
Once again, I have been juried into this amazing event. I look forward to participating every year. Last year I was honored with a 1st place award for my juried pastel. This year’s pastel “Timeless Twilight” will be on display in the historical 29 Palm Museum. Friends and family are welcome to attend the reception and awards ceremony on Saturday Nov 1st, 4-7pm. I look forward to seeing you there.
97th Grand National Exhibition
I am once again honored to be accepted into the 97th Grand National Exhibition. My piece “Valley of the Gods Sunrise” was selected and will be exhibited at the Salmagundi Club in Manhattan. I am so excited to recognized by the prestigious American Artists Professional League. Of over 700 submissions, my piece scored in the top 100. considering the quality of the art at last year’s event I am truly humbled. I hope to be able to attend the reception on November 21st, but my budget will determine that.
Make Your Mark
One of my favorite Art Organizations is The Pastel Society of Southern California. I am once again honored to be exhibiting in the virtual online show known as “Make Your Mark”. My piece “Sunlit Smoke Tree” has been awarded a place in the exhibition. You will be able to view the show at www.PastelSoCal.org beginning Aug 1st-the 31st.
AAPL 2025 Spring Members Online Show
The American Artists Professional League has selected my new piece “Sun Drenched Cathedral Cove” to be part of the annual member’s online show. This is my second acceptance into one of AAPL’s prestigious events. This is a great opportunity to have my work seen by art lovers and collectors everywhere. Pastel Society of Southern CA Members Show
I am looking forward to, once again, participating in the PSSC 16th Annual Members Show. I will be exhibiting two pieces at this year’s event. The quality of art accepted is always amazing and it is an honor to be a part of it. Thge reception and awards ceremony is May 3rd from 1-4pm. It is worth the trip if you can make it.
Awakening the Earth
It is always exciting to be juried into events sponsored by The California Art Club. More exciting for me is that is the first event I will participate in as an Artist Member. At the beginning of this year, I was awarded Artist Status Membership. This is such a prestigious honor which allow me to enter the CAC’s exclusive gallery exhibitions. Awakening the Earth is a virtually online event and my piece “Tranquility Before the Storm” will be exhibited. Please check out the show when goes live on March 24th.
19th Annual Plein Air Invitational
The Plein Air Invitational starts with a week-long paint out event March 3-8 featuring 16 invited artists to paint en plein air culminating in a judging of work and awards. Work will hang in the Gallery through April 27.
Reception and awards to be held March 8, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
